RESERVATION

Reservations must be made 48 hours in advance through our Reservation site. We do not accept reservations over the phone at the moment. For any inquiries, please email us at kiboOmakase@kibosushi.com

Omakase service is available from Tuesday to Saturday. Each dining experience lasts approximately 1.5 hours, so please plan your evening accordingly, as prompt timing is important.

AGE RESTRICTION

In consideration of our guests, we do not accept reservations for children under 12 years of age.

GRACE PERIOD

If you anticipate being late for your reservation, please kindly notify us by email at kiboOmakase@kibosushi.com or by phone at 416-546-1232. There is a 15-minute grace period for your reservation. Please note that if you exceed this grace period, the full experience may not be offered, and you will still be charged for the full price of the course.

OMAKASE ETIQUETTE

To ensure an enjoyable dining experience for yourself and other guests, we kindly request that you place your mobile devices on silent mode. There is no specific dress code; however, smart casual attire is preferred. We ask that guests refrain from wearing strong perfumes or fragrances, as they may disrupt the delicate flavours and immersive experience of our menu. No electronic cigarettes are allowed in the restaurant.

DIETARY and ALLERGIES

We strive to accommodate guests with allergies. Please inform our team of any allergies when making your reservation. As our menu primarily consists of raw fish and rice, we regretfully do not offer vegan or gluten-free options.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation or Rescheduling by the Guest:

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your reservation. If a reservation is canceled less than 48 hours from the reservation date, the following cancellation fees will apply:

- Canceled before 48 hours: No charge
- Canceled within 24 hours: 50% of the reservation fee
- Canceled within 3 hours: 100% of the reservation fee
- No show: 100% of the reservation fee

In the event of inclement weather, emergencies, or restaurant-related issues, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your reservation. Our team will notify all guests in a timely manner. In such cases, no penalties will apply, and all fees will be refunded to the original payment method.
